Oltremateria has organized two days for the Engineers of the province of Messina, a training course based on eco-friendly surfaces.
Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th Sept., Oltremateria organized in Messina a course dedicated to members of the Register of Engineers of the Sicilian province.
The course, which released 4 CFPs to each participant, was organized with the Order of Engineers and the dealer Oltremateria CarAman.
Location of the meeting was the Dream House store in Messina.
Speaker of the two days was A.D. Loris Casalboni who discussed the theme “Decorative continuous surfaces for sustainable architecture 4.0”.
The surfaces of the Oltremateria actively contribute to a strong reduction in CO2 emissions, in full compliance with all the regulations relating to indoor emissions thanks to the reduced content of VOCs.
A real journey into the material that has allowed all members to discover the technology of Oltremateria resin surfaces and the associated pluses such as a unique material as unique are the creations; the laying cycles and the various design textures.
In the course of the treatment, the performance characteristics of the continuous surfaces Oltremateria and the relative laboratory certifications attesting to them were illustrated.
The emotional journey that has been possible thanks to the wise words of Loris Casalboni, has dedicated particular attention to Oleomalta, the first continuous surface based on sunflower oil, which has received the award “Archiproducts Design Awards 2021” for the finishes category, as a material for architecture and innovative design and was also awarded with the “special mention for sustainability”.
It has passed to Ecopur, the eco-resin able to purify the air in light and dark conditions and able to create a physical barrier against bacteria and viruses.
It was also the occasion to present for the first time A Mare, the new surface indicated for floors and composed of over 60% of product from certified recycling, that is oyster shells and shells.
With the occasion Oltremateria compliments and thanks the President of the Order of Engineers of Messina, Ing. Santi Trovato, Mr. Carmelo Amanti, Oltremateria retailer in Messina and Mr. Giuseppe Raffa, Stone Costruzioni owner, for their organization and hospitality. See you soon, for new training days!
