Professional training is something that is not disconnected from working life but is part of it in all respects.
Many limit themselves to the classical scholastic formation, but the true professional growth goes far beyond and includes every form of activity useful to update their skills.
And this happens also and above all in the world of resins that is a sector in constant evolution thanks to research and development that gives rise to new products increasingly specific and performing.
Resin flooring is becoming a constant presence in the projects.
However, these surfaces do not always meet the expectations of those who commission them.
In fact, not infrequently there are companies that do not have the appropriate qualifications or there are people who improvise applicators without having the knowledge of the correct laying techniques.
For this reason, training courses open to professionals in the sector already in activity (applicators or designers and architects who want to update) or for those who want to learn a new job are realized by the manufacturing companies.
Oltremateria also has its own training Academy called Oltremateria Lab.
Every month, in fact, in its headquarters of S. Giovanni in Marignano is dedicated a training day for professionals.
This is an activity that has been carried out for over 10 years and we can talk about thousands of professionals trained by our Academy.
The day sees a theoretical part that leads to understanding the philosophy of Oltremateria, how our resins are born and its technical characteristics.
This is followed by the practical part where Oltremateria eco-resins are applied in the various textures, thus being able to appreciate the various steps and application methods.
The theoretical part is interspersed with the practical one with a visit to a local company where participants can see live the application of Oltremateria products on floors, walls, furniture and furnishings.
Clearly the didactic part varies from course to course: it can be focused on a new product (for example in this moment A Mare is required from all the participants) or on particular techniques to realize determined textures.
At the end, a participation certificate is issued confirming participation in the course.
In Oltremateria we always recommend to all participants that the certificate must be the first of a long series, because products and techniques are constantly evolving and only thanks to constant training you can learn and offer high professional standards.
